13 weeks pregnant – the changes in you
During the entire pregnancy you body serves the growing life in your uterus. The amniotic fluid for example is always at just the right temperature and needs only to be refreshed every 3 hours. It is unbelievable how your body cares for the baby. Unfortunately this can cause you to experience some discomfort. During your pregnancy you may more easily develop fungal infections due to the changing acidity of the vagina.
13 weeks pregnant – how is your baby growing?

In relation to last week the baby has grown yet another centimetre and is about 7 to 8 centimetres long. The baby now weighs about 30 grams, equal to the weight of the placenta. Your uterus grows with the baby, up and out. Now the outside world can begin to see that you are pregnant.
